Meet Jake
I started Senior Tech Help because I enjoy helping people feel comfortable with technology instead of frustrated by it.
I began my career in accounting, earning my Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University. I later became a CPA and spent several years in public accounting. While I valued my experience in accounting, I realized I wanted to spend my career working with people and helping them solve problems.
I’ve helped seniors with a wide variety of technology needs, from everyday tasks to more complicated projects. My skills and capabilities go far beyond the services listed on this website.
